Warwick, RI Alan Doyle, principal of Larew Doyle & Associates, arranged $15.75 million in construction financing for a 125-room Hyatt Place Hotel. Construction commenced in early April and completion and grand opening is planned for May 2018. Besides Hyatt’s superior quality amenities, the new hotel will benefit from access to/from I-95 and will be the only hotel in the state to have direct pedestrian access to T.F. Green International airport and its intermodal system.

The hotel is adjacent to the airport’s 2,000 space parking garage and across from the city’s planned 100 acre mixed-use development site which is expected to be improved with commercial, residential and retail developments.

D’Ambra Warwick Hotel, LLC is the developer of this property, which is being financed by a Brockton Massachusetts based lender.
