LCB Senior Living and The Architectural Team celebrate grand opening of The Residence at Salem Woods

Salem, NH A grand opening was held to celebrate the completion of LCB Senior Living’s newest community.

Designed by The Architectural Team, Inc., The Residence at Salem Woods is a 76,000 s/f, 84-apartment community. Its mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and a reflections memory care wing, bring a new level of amenities and services to seniors in Southern New Hampshire. The shingle-style structure is designed to complement the local architecture, and is located within the town itself next to the Salem senior center, a community focal point.

This is the 7th ground-up construction project that LCB Senior Living has done since 2013, all with The Architectural Team.

An additional three projects are in construction: The Residence at Vinnin Square in Swampscott, Mass., The Residence at Melrose Station in Melrose, Mass., The Residence at Orchard Grove in Shrewsbury, Mass.
