LCB Senior Living, LLC acquires 50-unit Arbors of Bedford

LCB Senior Living, LLC, a Norwood, Massachusetts-based senior housing developer and operator, has acquired the Arbors of Bedford, a 50-unit, 83-bed specialized assisted living facility located at 70 Hawthorne Dr. The Arbors specializes in residents with Alzheimer's Disease, dementia, and other memory impairments. LCB Senior Living CEO Michael Stoller said, "The Arbors is a high-quality, high-performing facility that does a tremendous job with its specialized population. Previous owner Merrimack Health Group deserves credit for establishing Arbors as one of the region's finest options for seniors. It is a fantastic addition and a great complement to the LCB portfolio."
