Portland, ME Andrew LeBlanc and Maria Horn have joined the commercial brokerage team at Cardente Real Estate.

LeBlanc is a full-service commercial broker and brings experience in commercial real estate leasing and investment sales, financing, deal structuring, asset dispositions and property management. Prior to joining Cardente Real Estate, he acted as a sales agent with NAI the Dunham Group, as well as an associate director at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation in Boston. LeBlanc specializes in the Central and Southern Maine markets and helps clients manage their real estate portfolios by strategically working with property owners to achieve their business goals. He is a member of the Maine Commercial Association of REALTORS, Maine Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS. 

Horn has joined our team as marketing assistant/graphic designer. She recently moved to Maine from Santa Fe, New Mexico. Horn studied at Santa Fe University of Art and Design and majored in Graphic Design. She is looking forward to developing her design skills and learning more about the real estate business.
