Legacy Place Dedham welcomes Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio

Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio has opened at Legacy Place. It will be the 8th location in the U.S. and the only one in Massachusetts. Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio is stocked exclusively with edited, in-season, apparel and accessories purchased directly from designers. "We are very excited about the opening of Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio at Legacy Place. The addition of designer apparel and accessories, shoes, and men's clothing enhances our already diverse merchandise mix," said general manager Beth Winbourne, "It adds another reason to make Legacy Place a destination" In the coming months, Legacy Place will also become home to coveted brands; Madewell, Ann Taylor, and UNIQLO.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
