SIOR is one of the leading global professional office and industrial real estate associations. LeGeyt is the sixth Dunham Group broker to earn the SIOR designation and the 13th in the state. With 3,900 members in over 50 countries, SIOR represents the most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.

LeGeyt serves as a director on the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors board of directors and is a member of MEREDA (Maine Real Estate and Development Association).
