Leonard, Lee & Company leases 2,000 s/f at DJ Sq. to NH Power Yoga
Leonard, Lee & Company Commercial Real Estate of Amherst has leased 2,000 s/f at DJ Square on Rte. 101A to NH Power Yoga, LLC. NH Power Yoga teaches Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga (Hot Yoga), a heat based flowing style of yoga. The larger location will offer a bigger studio for classes plus an expanded retail shop offering several lines of clothing, yoga gear and gifts.
The owner of the plaza was represented by Pam Lynch of Leonard Lee, who also assisted the tenant.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
