Letourneau and Nedde of Redstone sell 32,000 s/f to Lake Champlain Chocolates

Linda Letourneau of Redstone was the listing broker representing the owner Burlington R. Associates LLC in the sale transaction of 716 Pine St. The buyer, James Edward Company LLC plans to renovate the 32,000 s/f facility and use it for additional manufacturing for Lake Champlain Chocolates. Doug Nedde of Redstone participated in the transaction. The purchase was funded by TDBank and VEDA.
