Linear Retail Properties, LLC, completed its 6th purchase in Nashua, at 304 Daniel Webster Highway.
The 5,692 s/f freestanding, single-tenant restaurant property is occupied by Uno Chicago Grill. The restaurant has been operating at this location since 1988. The property is situated at the primary signalized entrance to Pheasant Lane Mall. The purchase price was $3.125 million. Rick Rostoff with Spectra Realty represented Linear Retail in the transaction.
Just four months ago, Linear Retail purchased the 28,030 s/f Daniel Webster Crossing at 8 Spit Brook Rd. (Panera Bread, Jos. A. Bank, T-Mobile). Additionally, in December, 2012, Linear Retail also purchased two other Nashua properties: 285 Daniel Webster Highway (Chili's restaurant) and Daniel Webster Shops, located at 219 Daniel Webster Highway - the nearly completed development with newly signed tenants: Noodles & Company restaurant and b.good restaurant.
