Linear Retail leases 1,500 s/f to Persona Jewelry+

According to Linear Retail Properties, LLC, Persona Jewelry+ has signed a lease at its last remaining vacancy in Beacon Hill, located at 62 Charles St. Persona Jewelry+ will occupy 1,500 s/f next to Peet's Coffee & Tea. Persona Jewelry+ is a local, luxury, lifestyle jewelry company known for their unique jewelry and onsite master jeweler. Co-owners of Persona, Margarita Druker and Gary Shteyman (a master jewelry craftsman with 20 years of experience) created the brand ten years ago and currently operate in Boston's Back Bay. Persona Jewelry+ is planning a fall opening and Peet's is scheduled to open before the holidays this year. Key dealmakers included Joel Kadis, partner of leasing and Evan Eisenhardt, leasing representative, both of Linear Retail. Druker said, "Beacon Hill was our first choice for Persona Jewelry+'s new location due to its charming neighborhood feel, desirable Charles St. retailers and because it is home to many of our existing customers. When the spot became available after Peet's signed their lease, we jumped at the opportunity to take the remaining space."
