Linear Retail leases 3,422 s/f to Five Guys

According to Linear Retail Properties, LLC, Five Guys Burgers and Fries is now open in Downtown Crossing at their 58 Summer St. location. Five Guys' location is a 3,422 s/f space with seating for 75 people. Customers will also be able to order online, through their smart phone or via text messaging. Adam Conviser of Conviser Property Group represented Five Guys and Tom Sibley of Atlantic Retail Properties represented Linear Retail. Joel Kadis, partner of leasing with Linear Retail said, "We are happy to see the transformation of this once boarded-up storefront into Five Guys' first restaurant in Downtown Boston. There has been a lot of positive activity in Downtown Crossing in the past year and Five Guys adds another desirable dining option for nearby workers, residents and visitors." Adam Conviser said, "This was a complicated deal but Linear Retail brought a sophisticated and flexible approach to our client and we got it done. We love the Downtown Crossing area and are excited Five Guys is now open."
