745 South Street - Roslindale, MARoslindale, MA Linear Retail Properties, LLC has acquired 745 South St., a 4,600 s/f single-story retail property.
The property is located downtown Roslindale Village and is leased to Unleashed, Petco’s urban store concept. Unleashed has similar product offerings to Petco, but is a smaller model created for urban markets. The store opened on September 17.
The property was purchased from Beck Realty Trust for $1.6 million. The buyer was represented in the transaction by Jonathan Aron of KeyPoint Partners.
