Linear Retail Properties acquires Pilgrim Hill Marketplace for $7.95 million

Plymouth, MA Linear Retail Properties, LLC, has acquired Pilgrim Hill Marketplace, 2-8 Pilgrim Hill Rd. for $7.95 million. The 19,631 s/f pharmacy-anchored shopping center is located at the signalized intersection of Pilgrim Hill Rd. and Samoset St., 0.3 miles from Exit 6 on Rte. 3. 

The deal was marketed by Bob Horvath of Horvath & Tremblay who represented the seller.

Pilgrim Hill Marketplace is leased to CVS Pharmacy and Minute Clinic (open 24 hours with drive-thru), Mutual Bank, and Family Pizza. There is 1,782 - 4,294 s/f available for lease.
