Link Comm'l. Props. acquires 10,800 s/f Rite Aid property

Link Commercial Properties, LLC (LCP) acquired a 10,800 s/f retail investment property at 1080 Bald Hill Rd. for $2.78 million. The tenant, Rite Aid, has a 20 year lease thru 2028. Bill Schofield and Robert Merryman of Marcus & Millichap's San Francisco office represented the seller, ACV Skyline Pacific Properties LLC. Lori Marchetti of LCP negotiated the transaction for the buyer.
