Litchfield of Concord Commercial R.E. brokers sale of mixed-use property
Manchester, NH Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented 37 Salmon Street Realty LLC, owned by Laura Provost and Joyce Leuis, in the purchase of 37 Salmon St. for $370,000.
The 3-story building is a 3,335 s/f mixed use on a .28 acre lot which will continue to include multiple tenants and will be the Manchester headquarters for Altus Investment Group, an independent investment management and financial planning firm.
The seller, New Dimensions at Bay Street LLC, had owned the property since 2002.
