Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate brokers $675,000 sale
1910 Suncook Valley Highway - Epsom, NHEpsom, NH Concord Commercial Real Estate represented Doug Evans, owner of DJD Associates, in the sale of the gas station/convenience store at 1910 Suncook Valley Highway. The buyer, Aoude Inc., owned by Tony Aoude of Londonderry, N.H., will reopen and operate the store under the name Mr. Gas Plus. Aoude currently operates two other Mr. Gas Plus locations in Hooksett and Raymond N.H. The sale, handled by Brenda Litchfield, closed for $675,000.
