Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate leases 4,600 s/f office space

Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate, on behalf of David Ossoff and NTC Concord Holdings LLC, leased 4,600 s/f to six new tenants at 2 ½ Beacon St. professional building. The office property recently underwent a full renovation to update the inside office suites and outside landscape work. New tenants include New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board, attorney Rose Culver, Defender Direct, Butler's Bus Service, Joseph St. Pierre Photography and attorney Mary Stewart.
