Litchfield of Concord Commercial sells 65-acre Hillcrest Campground

Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented the estate of Robert Cavacco in the sale of the 65 acre Hillcrest Campground (78 Dover Rd.) and the adjoining 26 acres to the Manna Business Enterprises, LLC. The new owners, who own another campground, plan on continuing the business. The additional land has all approvals in place for a self-storage facility.
