Long of Capstone Properties leases 8,020 s/f to Family Dollar at Chepachet Plaza

Family Dollar, a national discount chain, was represented by Jane Long of Capstone Properties, in leasing 8,020 s/f in the Chepachet Plaza, 1155 Putnam Pike. The space was formerly occupied by CVS Pharmacy. They joined the US Post Office and Curves in this 15,500 s/f neighborhood retail center. Due to the economy, Family Dollar is capitalizing on the many retail opportunities that exist within these markets and aggressively pursuing new locations to expand their brand throughout the State. Long represents Family Dollar in R.I. and southern Mass.
