Long of Capstone Properties sells 6,180 s/f senior center - $250,000
Jane Long of Capstone Properties sold a 6,180 s/f senior center at 20 Factory St. for $250,000.
Joan Rothemich of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage assisted with the transaction.
The seller was West Warwick Seniors Building Fund, Inc. The buyer is WOIANI, LLC, which will run a used car dealership.
The West Warwick Senior Center relocated to 145 Washington St.
