Long of Capstone Props. leases 8,020 s/f at Chepachet Plaza
Family Dollar was represented by Jane Long of Capstone Properties in the leasing of 8,020 s/f in the Chepachet Plaza, 1155 Putnam Pike. The space was formerly occupied by CVS Pharmacy. Family Dollar joins the U.S. Post Office and Curves in this 15,500 s/f neighborhood retail center.
Due to the economy, Family Dollar is capitalizing on the many retail opportunities that exist within these markets and is aggressively pursuing new locations to expand its brand throughout the state.
