Looney of Sperry Van Ness completes $1.845m sale of Twin Bridge Plaza
Mark Looney of Sperry Van Ness/Fini Group has completed the sale of Twin Bridge Plaza at 501 Daniel Webster Highway.
The multi-tenant retail and professional center consists of 14,078 s/f and is 100% leased.
Looney represented the seller, Chesapeake Development, and Merit McIntyre of Northway Real Estate represented the buyer, 501 DWH, LLC.
According to registry records, the sale price was $1.845 million.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
