40 Boston Post Road - Waterford, CT

Waterford, CT Shoreline Super Liquors, occupying 20,000 s/f, is now open at 40 Boston Post Rd., according to agent Peter Walsh of Lyman Real Estate, brokers for the landlord. Walsh said it wasn’t the tenant’s original goal to open Connecticut’s largest liquor store – they were looking for a 15,000 s/f space when they began their search in Old Saybrook two years ago. 

But Waterford was also an acceptable location and the space at Waterfall Center had several attractive features in addition to its larger size. The area contains many  auto dealers and other retail outlets, including a Super Stop & Shop, a 30,000 s/f Benny’s, as well as a busy Planet Fitness and multiple Lawrence + Memorial medical facilities. Walsh said Shoreline Super Liquors especially liked the high ceilings and the center’s easy access.
