Lyman of Lyman Real Estate sells 15-19 Main Street for $1.2 million

Old Saybrook, CT Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, has completed the $1.2 million sale of the building at 15-19 Main St., whose tenants include a Starbucks, a Ben & Jerry’s and Kariann Price Designs. Lyman represented the seller, Alex Walker of Prospect Realty Partners, LLC.

The new owners will be DCR 1519 Main, LLC, represented by Northeast Private Client Group’s regional manager Bradley Balletto and senior associate David Almeida, CCIM. The buyer is also purchasing the adjacent Old Saybrook Chamber of Commerce building at the corner of Main St. and Rte. 1.
