Lyman Real Estate leases 5,400 s/f to The Surf & Turf Grill in Westbrook

Westbrook, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, Jolly Property East, LLC, has leased the 5,400 s/f Lenny’s restaurant property at 110 Boston Post Rd. to Rose Gabucci of G and R Management Group, LLC. The lessee plans to open The Surf & Turf Grill, a full-service family steakhouse and pub, during the first week of May. There will be pool tables, big screen TVs and live entertainment, and a huge new deck for warm weather dining, daytime and under the stars.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
