Lyman Real Estate sells 600 Main Street for $510,000

Willimantic, CT Bousquet Appliance of Danielson will soon have a second location at 600 Main St., former site of the Lucky Frog Bar and Grill. 

Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, represented the buyer Jeffrey Bousquet. Rebecca Kitfield of Agnelli Real Estate, LLC, was the agent for the seller, 600 Main St., LLC.                                                                            The 11,000 s/f building is located next to the “Frog Bridge” entrance to downtown. It is not far from the campus of Eastern Connecticut State University. The sale price was $510,000.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
