Mace of KeyPoint Partners negotiates two Ace Hardware leases
KeyPoint Partners, LLC has negotiated leases with Ace Hardware at Frenchtown Plaza on Post Rd. in North Kingstown, R.I., and with Rocky's Ace Hardware at Holden Commons on Rte. 31 in Holden, Mass. The leases were for 12,000 and 12,045 s/f, respectively. Don Mace of KeyPoint Partners represented the landlords in each transaction.
Frenchtown Plaza is a 126,096 s/f center whose tenants include Mill Stores Unfinished Furniture, Rite Aid, Radio Shack, and Citizens Bank. Holden Commons, a 96,232 s/f center, is anchored by Big Y Market and tenanted by CVS, Dollar Tree, and Sovereign Bank.
Frenchtown Plaza has 12,858 s/f of space available, and Holden Commons has 2,000 s/f of space available.
Arlington, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Jason Arms, a 12 unit multi-family property. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer in the transaction. The asset sold for $3.3 million.
