Mace of KeyPoint Ptrs. negotiates 1,990 s/f lease to Jersey Mike’s

Bourne MA KeyPoint Partners negotiated a lease with Jersey Mike’s Subs for a 1,990 s/f space at Bourne Bridge Crossing.

Vice president of retail brokerage at KeyPoint Don Mace negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord.

Bourne Bridge Crossing is located at the intersection of Rtes. 6 and 25, adjacent to the Bourne Bridge rotary. Other tenants at the center include PetSmart, Domino’s, and Starbucks. With the addition of Jersey Mike’s, the property is fully leased.
