Malone Commercial Brokers arranges sale of 13,650 s/f retail building

South Portland, ME Malone Commercial Brokers has arranged the sale of 725 Bdwy., a 13,650 s/f retail building. The property, previously owned by FT Holdings, LLC, has been acquired by C725 Broadway LLC in a transaction of undisclosed value. Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the deal, which closed on August 22, 2023.

Charlie Mitchell, owner of Bayside Bowl, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, citing the location’s proximity to the existing Bayside Bowl and its striking structural and aesthetic similarities. Mitchell noted that the new venue features a sunset patio reminiscent of 725 Broadway Bayside’s sunset roof and a bar layout that mirrors the original establishment. Mitchell emphasized that bowling remains the core focus at the new venue.

This expansion represents an exciting development for Bayside Bowl and the local community, promising an enhanced entertainment experience while preserving the essence of the original establishment.
