Malone Comm'l. leases 3,100 s/f to Ameriprise Enterp. for RAM Cos.
According to Todd Goldenfarb, vice president of acquisitions and development for The RAM Companies, Ameriprise Financial has leased 3,100 s/f at Centervale Farm. RAM was represented by Malone Commercial Brokers.
Goldenfarb said, "We are very pleased that Amerprise has chosen to join our already strong group of tenants at Centervale. They are a great fit for the property and we look forward to a long relationship with the organization."
