Malone Commercial brokers 2 lease transactions
John Doyon, CCIM of Malone Commercial Brokers leased 5,445 SF of retail/office space at 341 Marginal Way to Beacon Fitness. They will be opening a cross fit gym at the location in April. Doyon and Tom Moulton of NAI/The Dunham Group handled the transaction.
And in Freeport, Mark Malone of Malone leased 1,330 s/f of retail space at 491 U.S. Rte. 1 to Moms Organic Munchies
