Malone Commercial handles two leases. Scarborough Meat House, LLC has leased 3,600 s/f of space from Jentry, LLC at 450 Payne Rd in Scarborough. Mark Malone, CCIM, Malone Commercial Brokers, and Megan Baldacci, Properties Northeast, completed the transaction. Mercy Hospital has leased 10,995 s/f of space from Charter Westgate, LLC at Westgate Shopping Center in Portland. Malone, completed the transaction.
