Malone Commercial handles two leases. Scarborough Meat House, LLC has leased 3,600 s/f of space from Jentry, LLC at 450 Payne Rd in Scarborough. Mark Malone, CCIM, Malone Commercial Brokers, and Megan Baldacci, Properties Northeast, completed the transaction.
Mercy Hospital has leased 10,995 s/f of space from Charter Westgate, LLC at Westgate Shopping Center in Portland. Malone, completed the transaction.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
