Malone Commercial sells Shops at Sebago

Timm Realty LLC purchased the Shops at Sebago located at the intersection of River Rd. and Roosevelt Trail/Rte. 302. Shops at Sebago was condominiumized in 2009. Buck's Naked BBQ is located at the entrance at 4 Turning Leaf Dr. Britewater Realty 1 LLC was the owner/seller. Joe Malone, CCIM, of Malone Commercial Brokers negotiated the transaction. The purchase included the 10,715 s/f in-line retail building at 8 Turning Leaf Dr. plus a 4.77 acre lot. The 2-story building was built in 2004 and has 1st floor retail spaces. The 2nd floor has office space. There is also a full basement for storage. It is woodframe construction and the exterior is cedar clapboard with pie plate stone facades for storefronts and a metal pitched roof.
