Mancinone and Horvath of Marcus & Millichap broker $1.85 million sale

Adam Mancinone and Robert Horvath of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of New Haven were the sole brokers in the sale of the Southford Center located at 1481 Southford Rd. for $1.85 million. The site consists of approximately 4.6 acres of prime retail frontage and sits at the intersection of CT Rte. 188 and Rte. 67. The property is improved by a 13,836 s/f mixed use center. The first floor consists of six retail suites tenanted by local service based businesses, and the second floor contains four two-bedroom apartments. The property was sold by Connecticut based investors. Marcus & Millichap also secured the buyer, a Fairfield County based investor.
