Mandzo joins The Cooperative Bank as business development officer

Roslindale, MA The Cooperative Bank (TCB) has hired Elma Mandzo as a business development officer in the retail department. In this role, Mandzo will help grow TCB’s deposit and loan portfolio by building relationships with new and existing customers and businesses.

Mandzo brings 10 years of banking and finance experience to the role and most recently served as a financial service manager at People’s United Bank where she successfully attracted commercial clients by designing sales plans and cultivated deep customer relationships. Prior to that role, Mandzo held positions at Metro Credit Union, Digital Federal Credit Union, and TD Bank.

Mandzo holds a state license in Life Insurance, NMLS, and is a Notary Public. She is also the Salem YMCA’s Board Development Committee Chairman, serves on their board of directors and also sits on the board of directors for HAWC. Mandzo currently resides in Revere, with her fiancé and daughter.
