MANSARD completes $1.6 million sale of a 7,915 s/f retail space

Malden, MA MANSARD completed the $1.6 million sale of a 7,915 s/f retail space. Apex Computers, Inc. will be relocating to 605 Broadway. In the past, the retail space was used as an electronic repair shop and even a daycare. The two story building has a finished basement and is structurally sound to add a third floor. With the added benefit of being just eight miles from Boston, customers and employees will find an easy commute.

Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Fransisco Baez shared his thoughts on the sale of the retail space in Malden, “The fact that we closed this deal before the end of the year while also dealing with uncertain aspects of a pandemic shows this was a total team effort. This sale is a clear indication that there is still demand for correctly priced retail/office property in and around Massachusetts.”
