Marchewka and McKean of Kane lease 2,189 s/f at Commerce Center

Davidson & Stone, PLLC, a Certified Public Accounting firm, has leased 2,189 s/f of Class A office space at 210 Commerce Way from Muirfields, LLC. Bob Marchewka of The Kane Co. said "We are happy to provide Davidson & Stone with the generous parking they desired and cost effective rental rates as compared to the downtown Portsmouth office market." Commerce Center is near a new Hilton Homewood Suites hotel. The park owners plan improvements including new sidewalks connecting to area retail, underground utilities, and the incorporation of sustainable green building and development practices in new and existing buildings. Margot McKean and Bob Marchewka of The Kane Co. listed the space and procured the tenant.
