Marcus & Millchap arrange $4.37m sale of 20,272 s/f retail property

The Richard Drinkwater Group of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of a 20,272 s/f retail property. The sale price was $4.37 million. Laurie Ann Drinkwater, CCIM and Seth Richard, investment specialists in the firm's New Haven, Conn. office, represented the 1031 exchange buyer, Tree Farm, LLC Brad Nathanson and Jordan Muchnik, represented the seller, Cornerstone Court, LLC. The two-story property comprised first-floor retail space with second-story offices.
