The Griffith Pepdjonovic Group of Marcus & Millichap arrange $8.875 million multifamily sale

Boston, MA Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, has completed the sale of 15 Euston Rd., a 24-unit multifamily property in the city’s Brighton neighborhood. The asset sold for $8.875 million.

“Brighton is one of the lowest transactional submarkets in the country for apartment buildings, so it was no surprise that a record number of groups toured this asset,” said Evan Griffith, senior managing director in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office.

“The pride of ownership really shines through in this property, and now more than ever, long-term ownership is rewarded by strong operational history and quality product,” said Tony Pepdjonovic, senior managing director.

Pepdjonovic and Griffith exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private family, and procured the buyer, a partnership.

The 19,200 s/f property sits on a 0.22-acre lot with off-street parking. It was built in 1962 and has four stories. The 24-unit mix includes four studios, 12 one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom apartments.

15 Euston Rd. is located near the Sutherland Rd. Station. The property is also close to Boston College, Boston University and local stores and restaurants.
