Drinkwater, Richard and Craig of Marcus & Millichap arranges $2.4 million sale of 8,736 s/f Circle Furniture

Framingham, MA Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Circle Furniture, a 8,736 s/f net-leased property, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $2.4 million.

Laurie Ann Drinkwater and Seth Richard, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston and Manhattan offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was secured and represented by Drinkwater, Richard and John Craig who is also in the firms Boston office.

“This is another great example of how much demand exists for well located, high quality net leased assets. The property went to contract very quickly with a 1031 exchange client that immediately recognized the value and did not hesitate to secure this opportunity,” said Richard. Drinkwater added, “It is so critical to work with the right team in such a dynamic market and everyone involved worked together to complete this transaction, we look forward to working with each party again soon.”
