Framingham, MA Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Circle Furniture, a 8,736 s/f net-leased property, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $2.4 million.

Laurie Ann Drinkwater and Seth Richard, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston and Manhattan offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was secured and represented by Drinkwater, Richard and John Craig who is also in the firms Boston office.

The property went to contract very quickly with a 1031 exchange client that immediately recognized the value and did not hesitate to secure this opportunity,” said Richard.
