Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA), one of Boston's most innovative architectural and interior design firms, has been selected to provide interior architectural design services to Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, at its 90,000 s/f, class A office space at Northwoods, a new office park development at 1301 Atwood Ave.
In the coming months, MPA's workplace strategists and designers will collaborate with the Dassault Systèmes team on an innovative layout, design, and interior finishes for the new space. MPA is currently renovating the entire 338,600 s/f Northwoods for Hobbs Brook Management LLC.
"This new office park in Johnston, R.I. is an example of our commitment to develop a stronger regional presence throughout the United States in order to be close to our growing customer base," said Bruno Latchague, managing director, Dassault Systèmes North America.
With a goal of achieving LEED certification for the entire building, MPA will incorporate sustainable materials wherever possible.
The Northwoods project for Hobbs Brook Management and Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA is expected to be complete in the fall.
