Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the way businesses operate, and commercial real estate is no exception. RE&FA’s Emerging Leaders and Innovation Committees are bringing together experts to explore how AI is transforming both the investment and demand sides of commercial real estate.
The panel will feature Prasan Kale, CEO & co-founder of Outcome Labs; Levi Reilly, partner, head of development at Marcus Partners; and Christina Tong, senior economist at CBRE. Attendees will hear original CBRE research on AI’s implications for office demand, alongside perspectives from a CRE-focused AI platform and an investment firm putting these tools to work today.
