Cromwell, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the leasing of two medical office spaces at 80 Shunpike Rd. Originally offered as a full 7,400 s/f floor, the space has experienced strong leasing activity, with multiple tenants now in place. With a shared waiting room and restrooms serving the floor, 1,872 s/f remains available for lease.

Hospital for Special Care will occupy the larger 2,808 s/f space, while Wound Care Specialists LLC will occupy 1,692 s/f bringing a combined 4,500 s/f of new medical tenancy to the property.
