Matthews Commercial completes $1.25m sale of Spectrum Square

Gerry Matthews, principal of Matthews Commercial Properties, completed the sale of Spectrum Square located at 246 Wolcott Rd. The 17,684 s/f retail center and 1.49 acres of land sold for $1.25 million. Spectrum Square is fully leased with many long term tenants. Matthews represented both the seller, Al Podzunis and the buyer, James Kwok in the transaction. Kwok purchased the retail center for investment purposes.
