Mayer, Rubin, Vieira, Hetherington, Principe, and Pinto join Compass

Providence, RI Six sales associates have joined Compass, one of the largest residential real estate brokerage firms in the United States.* Rebecca Mayer, Rebecca Rubin, Matthew Vieira, and Justin Hetherington, formerly of Residential Properties, along with Stephanie Principe, formerly of Elm Real Estate & Design, and Liz Pinto, formerly of Redfin, are the newest additions to Compass.

Combined, these associates represent over $58 million in 2021 residential sales volume, according to data maintained by the RhodeIsland Statewide MLS.**

Prior to joining Compass, Mayer spent 25 years as an associate broker and multi-million dollar producer who is licensed to sell in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She has recently taken the position of vice chair of the professional standards committee on behalf of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.

With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate business, Rubin is a second generation Realtor and a multi-million dollar producer who, each year, has been awarded the Circle of Excellence by the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. Rubin provides exceptional knowledge in the industry and top level service to her clients, which extends beyond Rhode Island and into southeastern Massachusetts.

Citing Compass’ top tier marketing capabilities, Vieira joins the company after several years in the real estate industry. Vieira, who is licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, quickly became a multi-million dollar producing agent in his first few months in the business. He was also awarded the Silver and Gold Circle of Excellence Awards from the Greater Providence Board of Realtors in previous years.

Originally from Maine, Principe has lived on the East Side of Providence for almost 10 years. She has had varied experiences under the extensive real estate umbrella including rentals, buying and selling real estate, property development, and more. Principe has recently joined the Women’s Council of Realtors Rhode Island, is on the board for Eastside Early Learning Center, and is a member of Agawam Hunt.

Hetherington has sold homes for some of the most recognized developers in Providence and proudly represents properties at all price levels throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. From luxury new construction to affordable family homes, Hetherington has a diverse portfolio of past sales experience.

Pinto joins Compass with a background in personalized homestaging. As the owner and founder of Site Styling, Pinto pairs her sales experience with her eye for design to help homeowners get the most out of their investment.
