McGarry of O’Brien Commercial Properties leases space to Clover Behavioral Health at 7 Stiles Rd.
Salem, NH Clover Behavioral Health (CBH) has signed a lease for its newest location at 7 Stiles Rd. This addition marks CBH’s second location opening in the last year.
Rob McGarry, vice presient of O’Brien Commercial Properties exclusively represents CBH and helped identify and secure this location.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
