McKinnon of Grossman Companies leases 20,000 s/f to TopSource LLC
Top Source LLC, one of the largest cooperative buying organizations in the retail food industry, has subleased 20,000 s/f for new headquarters space at 3 Batterymarch Park.
Representing TopSource was Richard McKinnon, director brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy. Representing the tenant Aviva Life & Annuity Company as sublandlord was John Driscoll of Cushman & Wakefield. The new space represents an 8,000 s/f expansion by TopSource from its previous offices. The building is owned by the National Fire Protection Association.
