Critter Hut Aquarium & Pets owners Bob Champlin and Adam Heroux have renewed their lease for their 2,613 s/f store at Kingstown Plaza.
Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Cos. represented the tenant and the landlord, Kingstown Plaza L.P.
Kingstown Plaza consists of 87,500 s/f. Located at 6647 Post Rd. (Rte. 1A), the plaza is anchored by TJ Maxx, HomeGoods and Dollar Tree. Among other tenants are Lucky Nails, Pier Pizza and Weight Watchers. Sovereign Bank operates an ATM pad site on the property.
