McKinnon of The Grossman Cos. brokers 1,600 s/f lease renewal

Diageo plc, one of the world's largest multinational beer, wine and spirits company, has renewed the 1,600 s/f lease for its regional sales office at Braintree Executive Park (BEP) at 150 Grossman Dr. Richard McKinnon, exclusive broker for the property, represented Diageo and the landlord, Braintree Executive Park Trust LLC, in lease negotiations. Diageo markets such brands as Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, Captain Morgan, Baileys, J&B, José Cuervo, Tanqueray, Guinness, and Crown Royal, among others. BEP's mirror-image buildings at 100 and 150 Grossman Dr. consist of 124,000 s/f of first class office space off Rte. 3. There is plenty of free parking and the complex is within walking distance of the MBTA's Red Line and commuter rail station. Among other tenants at Braintree Executive Park are Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Bank of America, Genworth, Rockland Trust, and Manpower International.
