McLaughry leases 600 s/f to Traditionally Trendy
McLaughry Commercial leased 600 s/f to Traditionally Trendy at 32 South Main St.
The transaction provides expansion for the increased apparel and gift products Traditionally Trendy offers. The story is owned by Rocio Menoscal and has been in business in downtown for over 10 years.
The build-out was managed by Brown Construction management.
McLaughry Comm'l. represented the landlord, McLaughry Associates, and assisted the tenant.
